While everyone was busy at GDC last Friday, Harmonix decided to sneak out the announcement of Rock Band DLC for the week of February 26. Announcements will now be made the Friday prior to release, a few days earlier than the norm. Why? Because Harmonix like you.

Fans of Trent Reznor should squeal with glee, as this week brings us the aforementioned "Nine Inch Nails" pack. Songs included in $5.49 (440 MS Point) pack are "March of the Pigs," "The Collector," and "The Perfect Drug." All of the tracks are master tracks, so you can’t whine about that.

You can, however, whine about the selections. Go on, do it. You know you want to bitch about how they should release the entire Broken EP (including all 91 tracks of silence, for authenticity). Or better yet, please comment about how the previously announced downloadable albums haven’t been released yet. Please.

This pack was previously leaked by Official Xbox Magazine, with a March 18 release date. I suppose when Harmonix says things like "These releases are subject to change," they’re not kidding. In fact, I hear at least one of the songs on that leaked list will never see the light of day. Which one? Who knows, but it’s probably your favorite song. Because Harmonix hates you.
