The first time I heard “Good Times Roll”, I was about 15, sitting in the back seat of my friend’s automobile while we drove around my hometown looking for anything to do just like the night before, and the night before that, and so on. The good times, they didn’t roll.

What superior way to recapture the magic of those special moments than to “play” the song itself while sitting in your apartment hoping for something interesting to happen? If nothing else, the release of the full album serves as a great way to distract yourself from the profoundly disturbing realization that you’re doing exactly the same thing now that you were doing when you were a teenager. Isn’t reminiscing fun?!

Individual album tracks are available at 160 points ($1.99) a pop, while the full album will run you a cool 1200 ($14.99) — a small price to pay for an incredibly depressing trip down memory lane. You can expect the album to be released for download on May 27th.
