This day, Midway announced that both Game Party 2 and Touchmaster 2 are both hitting everyone’s favorite Nintendo machines this fall. Game Celebration 2 will see a Wii release, while Touchmaster 2 will go straight to the DS. Both these games come as follow-ups to the original titles, with a few added bonuses.
Game Celebration 2 will feature 11 mini-games. The list of new games thus far includes Bean Bags, Horseshoes, Lawn Darts, and Puck Bowling. If waggling by yourself with Game Party 2 isn’t enough, there will be a new four player mode to ensure everyone can get a piece of Puck Bowling. Also, if you have found yourself fatigued of the standard Mii interface, get ready to make your own custom characters.
Touch Master 2 is a complex narrative journey between a fisherman, his boat, and a particular fish that has to eluded him his entire life. Through the man’s continued unsuccessful attempts at catching the fish, he slowly begins to understand the essence of what it truly is to be human and the fragility of life that he often disregarded in his recklessness. Eventually, the man drowns himself to escape his own reality.
